Configuration DDNS, please confirm:

Type the IP address, it will be via the Internet access device. If you can not access the device through the IP address, you simply can not be accessed through the DDNS;
Has received a DDNS, the DDNS including the four information: DDNS server name, dynamic domain name, user name, password. The DDNS manufacturers may be provided free of charge, it may be some free user login for Dynamic Domain Name Server (in for a free dynamic domain name, you need to confirm that the device is to support the free dynamic domain name).

Configuration steps:

Start DDNS, select DDNS server, enter the dynamic domain name, user name and password, you can choose to save. The following figure:

When the domain name can not be accessed through dynamic common equipment failures to determine:

The device is not connected to the Internet through the IP address can not be access to equipment;
and the LAN computer's DNS configuration is inconsistent, leading to equipment, dynamic domain name server can not resolve the IP address;
Enter the DDNS information error;
Dynamic DNS server failure.
