Why only indoor camera Q5 fail to connect my WiFi?

1. Please kindly confirm your WiFi is 2.4G, 5G WiFi is not supported.

2. If it's 2.4G WiFi, please click youtube link( https://youtu.be/YZ3zb2P8eis) and follow the video to set up the camera via hotspot, then you will be notified to upgrade the firmware version on app after set up successfully.
(PS: please do not disconnect the camera and network during the upgrade process)

3. After the upgrade is finished, please press the reset button with 5s to factory setting and then set up with your 2.4G WiFi.
