Q3:What if the camera shows offline?(Wansview Baby Monitor V1)

(1) Check if the camera has enough power, Please fully charge the camera with Type-C powercord first.
(2) Make sure the router is working properly. Restart the router as well as the camera and see ifthe camera reconnects automatically after that.
(3) lf not, reset the camera by holding the reset (R) button for 15 seconds, then reconnect thecamera.
(4) Place the camera closer to the router to make sure that the connection is strong enough.
