What if the light doesn't flash red and blue alternately? (Wansview Bird Feeder Camera F1)

If the light does not flash red and blue alternately, please try the following solutions.
(1)Make sure the camera is powered on.
(2) insert the elector pin into the RsT hole for about 5s untill the camera sounds a Beep or Reset issuccessful volce prompt. 
(if you don't have this tool anymore, you can straighten a paperclip instead)
