Does the battery need to be charged immediately out of the box?(Wansview Bird Feeder Camera F1)

Each camera is fully charged before shipping, but it may run out of power during transportation. When you get the camera, you can press and hold on the power (P) button to check if the indicator light comes on. lf not, pls use the Type-c cord to charge it for 4-5 hours.
